Re: The Pass Inn and Pass Out
no not long, fingers crossed.
I'm also moving into new house this weekend... I've been stopping at a co-workers whilst she's been on holiday. Bit worried now as over the last 2 weeks everyone says she's a complete dragon. Also a right Monica. Everything has a place, a place for everything etc... The apartment is spotless but giving it a final deep clean, just in case. |

Re: The Pass Inn and Pass Out
Its exactly what we wanted.
3 large beds, 1 family bath upstairs and ours has ensuite. large formal lounge and dinning room. Not a bad size kitchen, but lseparate laundry room. There's a day room with large patio doors to outside and it's got a descent size bathroom with shower just off. Double garage, large garden on all sides with raised decking, a couple of apple tree's and loaads of other palnts. 5 minutes from the ocean. |

Re: The Pass Inn and Pass Out
Having caught up with your posts this morning (I seem to go to bed MUCH earlier than you lot!?), I think Hampstead Heath a bit quiet and expensive for your jaunt.
It's very residential with lots of High Street shops (expensive); quite a few cinemas; the Heath itself is lovely (not sure what it would be like in the rain: it would definitely be scary in the dark...)- great for working off the hangovers; a few pubs and clubs (not being a drinker, I can't tell you the prices or what they're like); quite a few Bistro-type eateries. Basically, a nice place but you may need to spend more cash than you'd wish to. £83 a night seems a bit expensive. Have you googled the other travel-type lodges to see if they're all the same price? I know there's one at Brent Cross, which is central for getting into London (Oxford Street, Regent Street, Buckingham Palace, etc.) and is also on the North Circular Road, (ring-road around north London) so may be good for travelling further afield. I suppose where you stay depends on how long you're staying and how much cash you're willing to spend. I hope the above is helpful. |
