Default overnight stay in/near Campbell river VI ??

Hi Guys,

In the process of sorting out our summer hols to VI, planning a trip up to telegraph cove for whales watching.

Kids want to do a day on Mount Washington for mountain biking/hiking etc.

Any recommendations for somewhere to stay for one night on the way back from TC ??

There are 5 of us, 3 teenagers and us

Many thanks

Adbru

If you pm me with more detail I can find you some numbers. Do you want a hotel room, b&b, do you want an efficiency? Travelodge is cheap with a pool. Give me a shout. Where are you in the highlands?

Should you choose to go with Stubbs Island Whale Watching they go out in the Johnstone Strait and the Robson Bight area.

Cheers

Hi Eastbound,

If you do decide to go whale watching up around Telegraph Cove I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Here's a link to a thread I started shortly after our trip up that way last September. A Whale of a Tale

Cheers

Just so you know what to expect.

Here is a panorama shot of Telegraph Cove taken from our unit in Dockside 29.

There is some more to the right but it didn't fit well into the pano.

Cheers
