I guess I am just one of those "want it now" people!!
MLS number is 00601963 - it isn't much to look at now - and the inside is just something else - like the set of a 70's sitcom - but it will be a little cracker when we have finished with it!

yes, still got him cutting down trees until the guys turn up to dig the trench and under the house for the furnace room. It seems to be a case of yes we'll come tomorrow for someone to call and give us a firm price. 
We'll get there but slowly
