you know you see all those signs / billboards with daft messages and think no way they must be photoshopped well.............

this is the message below the local funeral home ! i've no idea why or what its to do with dead people lol very strange ! i only noticed them today

probably someone wanting to give someone a laugh - although the correct spelling of the word practice wouldn't have gone amiss (unless they ran out of r's)

Apparently it was a couple of hours before someone figured out they had the wrong spelling for 'Peonies'

That sign is by the World famous.......(okay Cowichan famous) sign guy who works at Hillside Stone and Garden, opposite Cowichan golf course. He is always putting up funny signs and had a write up in the local paper last year. I believe that sign was about 2 or 3 years ago. He has had some funny ones over the years

For any Islanders (or anyone travelling on the Island this week) that sign is back up on the highway heading North, by Cowichan Golf club and opposite Save-On Gas, on the left hand side of the highway.

The local car rental place often has funny messages on its sign.
