Shocker ain't it? No in your bedroom
Seriously....a similar combat arms soldier from the U.K? You must be the only one that doesn't know that answer. You don't even need to hack the Gov't phone to know that one

I have to take my hat off, it's quite an achievement. UR manages to mention something to do with forces, big bad army dudes, guns etc in about 1 out of 5 posts in general.
It's quite laudable.

Ok, the special forces people that I know dress appropriately for the situation. It has been famously stated that, "You may dress like an Arab, but you walk like a white man" in a biography of a former SAS man.
Please explain them to me. When I worked with them, they did guard duty, stag duty, cleaned shit, just as others did.
I appreciate that there is an argument about their pension and their entitlement to remain the UK post service but, as I said above, this appears to me to be a British Government rather than a British Army issue.
I await enlightenment

So we are passing the blame now...shocker that
New flash...British Army doesn't look after it's own. That will explain the recent influx in numbers of exchange officers joining the CF

So you confirm this guy would have no issues in joining your team, or the forces in general, without any consideration at all to his looks?

The Canadians i know speak for themselves, not the rest. What's your point?

I like you but next time you post a picture of me can you ask first?

Even if that is the case, and I've no idea if it is, that's got nothing to do with society in general. One may as well compare the situation of plumbers in the two countries and attempt to extrapolate from that.

I think I'm going to defend ur here. His original point about not judging people by how they look is right - everyone knows this. I don't think we should be mocking him because society doesn't live up to this ideal when there are clearly plenty of other things to mock him for.
