That's the truth of the matter. Of course it's a career, nothing wrong with that. The claim is not the "right people" (that's in the private and charity sectors) it's a "wide range of people" (which is means, people who could not otherwise afford to become MP's). If it's an independent panel, there's nothing to complain about.

It's the only thing I would of considered going back for

What the nurses need is not a pay rise but one of those flash MP expenses accounts where they can redo their homes on the tax payer.

The magic money tree exists for some but not others.

This development of the thread is one reason that contributed towards Trump and Brexit. People at large will put up with a great deal provided they think they are being treated fairly.
