New cat bylaw passed in Halifax, NS
Any cat lovers thinking of bringing their pets with them to Halifax might like to read this article about the bylaw that was passed yesterday.

City of Toronto already has this in place for dogs and cats

can't find anything obvious or recent when googling, maybe contact the govt via website to ask??
