Hi all,

It's that dreaded time again for passport renewal for one of my children. I'm living in Bowmanville ON, & know that the likes of Walmart or Shoppers does passport photo's for Canadian passports, but not sure who is the best option for UK passport pics as can't afford to get it wrong. I'm hoping to travel back to the UK for a vacation in July this year. So need to get this done asap.

Any help would be appreciated

I went to Sears to get my UK passport photos... im sure Shoppers does UK photos too though....

Last time I had to do this, I armed myself with a print-out of the UK photo specifications & went to Shoppers, where I discovered they already had the right specs.

I've since learned (secondhand info) that many passport photo places do.

Walmart have photo people that have all of the various nationalities' requirements.

CAA has the machine as well. Not sure if they charge but for Canadian passport photos with premium membership there is no extra charge.

Don't know where you are, but my London Drugs did them for my daughters. The woman behind us was also having UK PP photos done.

PS just seen where you are. I think LD is not everywhere.

The UK passport photo rules have just changed! you can now submit photos ONLINE having taken them on your smartphone.

Although it appears that applying from Canada (or just abroad?) requires sending photos with the declaration form.

The link supplied takes you off into a different bit if applying from abroad.
