Peter Jackson playing two characters in the same scene, the filming of which had to be delayed by a few months while he grew the required facial hair for the bearded character:

This clip epitomises everything special about Jackie Chan: his skills, his comedy, his choreography (only a couple of moves in this scene look weak) and his drinking.

The final move in the scene (if you're into this sort of thing) is just incredible. I studied a lot of martial arts in my time and I couldn't even begin to explain how difficult it is to do a left legged kick, of that speed, following a spinning stamp-thingy.

Brilliant.
Just downloading the full movie. I enjoyed some of his earlier ones (especially with cockups at the end) and I must have missed this one.
