I usually put in a claim, once a year, to my insurance company for medical expenses (i.e. drugs) relating to the accident I had in 2010. The last time I made a claim, the health care executive, that looks after my account at Aviva, had the audacity to set up an account on here, (on BE!), with a made-up user name and sent me a PM asking about my shoulder.
