Round 3 postponed for a day as all lines closed due to inability to deal with weather event (i.e. snow). Hah! (The buses didn't run all day either)

Can we start now?? Or maybe we should have snowstorm rules?? using alternative means of transport.

This little known rules system was first implemented in the great Napoleonic retreat of 1812. Boney and his Generals used to play Mornington Crescent in their campaign tents. Not many people know that.

So, I will start with

Downhill skiing in Oxford Street

Darn - I read that as "Downing Street" first off and was going to post that the downhill is too steep for ordinary mortals...

anyhow network is now running again so we can take your opening gambit as Oxford Circus if you like... to which I would respond:

Swiss Cottage

Angel (again!)

You claimed it's closed! It's not!

And I'm applying Klasinov's Theorem here by hooking in Angel and skiing...
