Will we ever see a completely legalized pot industry in the same way we have alcohol for example? We have had similar busts and issues locally here with "pot shops" yet the law has not changed so why do all these people think they can open up and sell on the high street without others complaining and action being taken by councils or law officials.
The US is still in a state of denial over their new found liberal states that have made it legal because whilst Washington state may say its legal, federal law says its not and don't ever mention to a border guard you smoke the stuff or you're travel plans stateside may well be cancelled indefinitely. The whole situation is a mess and i don't see an easy or quick fix. |
