Moose chili

If you guys are able to obtain some ground moose meat, I can highly recommend making a chili with it. I made a big pot of the stuff the other night and it turned out really well.
It was pretty much a standard chili recipe but I boiled the meat in water instead of frying it (to keep all the juices in), then just added the veg and spices. I'll post up the recipe here, if anyone is interested.

I on the other hand will pass...no Elk or Moose in Belfast at the mo!
