Default Missing Child Found

I can only imagine the day this boys parents must have endured; it seems he had fun.

Oh thank you, you made me smile, what a funny story...as long as you weren't his mum! I can well imagine my kid at that age going off and having the time of his life.

I am also curious to know what happened to the child they thought he was at the new school as presumably they knew how many new kids to expect.

There was no chance my kid could have got on the wrong bus...or indeed any bus, but I can understand it, from the information given, it would seem that the child might have been new to the school, and very willing to join in and mingle....it's just pretty super that all's well that end's well. The teachers were obviously crap, but that being said my kid went to an inter school event when he was TEN, and as he wasn't on some list, they spent the entire day asking a ten year old "are you sure your name is David" and attempted to give him other names he may prefer

A happy playing four year old, is not bothered till the end of the day.

I can see how he might have gone unnoticed
Teacher has list of students
Teacher calls out names
Everyone answers yes to their name
Teacher is satisfied that they have everyone they should

I'm not sure I'd do a headcount to see if I had anyone extra

His mum was in a hurry and put him on the wrong bus. He usually goes to a French emersion school, and he did, but it was the wrong one. What's the chances of two French school busses arriving at the same time ehh !!!
