Misleading food packaging
I thought this was funny.
Pack it in: which food company has the most ‘cynical’ packaging?
I remember buying some frozen ribs over here that only took up two-thirds of the length of the box.
Cookies are a major offender in the bags and trays. Particularly noticeable when you see a pack of Hobnobs in the same store and wonder why other cookies can't come in a tube.

One of the take away sushi I get is in a box that makes it looks like it is 8 pieces, but it's only 6 pieces. Underneath the sticker (covering the end quarter of the box) is just a sachet of soy sauce. Sneaky.

Remember the old disclaimer sold by weight not volume.

I find it amusing when the "healthy" snack bars are anything but healthy... Hubby bought some Cliff bars for a snack at work, hes currently trying to keep off carbs, so for him hes only avoiding bread and pasta it seems. I was thinking of sneaking one, as it said white chip and macadamia nut but read the box. Each bar has 41g of carbs with I think it was 3g of fibre. I figured I would rather have some toast frankly....

I well remember one day at work where a girl was extolling the virtues of a snack bar for her lunch because it stated it was 90% fat free. I, very kindly, pointed out that that meant it contained 10% fat, which caused her to ditch the bar, she just hadn't been able to see beyond the 90% part on the wrapper.

There's a lot of shrinkflation about.
Most "2L" tubs of ice cream are now actually 1.8, 1.6 and there's even a brand with 1.5. The tubs themselves don't appear to be three-quarters the size they used to.
Bacon used to be in 500g packs. That's unusual now, the vast majority are 375g. That's a big (hidden) price increase.
