Default Mickey Mouse wears a Tim Hudak watch

Yeah ok, everyone's sick of politics so my apologies for this.

I just wanted to ask why it is that all the genuinely stupid candidates (and I mean really thick) are Tory? I mean, surely all that money and privilege buys you a decent education? Surely there are some intelligent people in the PC somewhere? Hudak, Ford, Harper - seriously, who's the biggest knuckle dragger? I can't choose.

You mean there is no money and priviledge to be found in the Liberal party? Nor the NDP? (Jack Layton for example?!). Stupidity, is universal amongst politicians of every stripe. As an example, the Liberal party of NL has been committing slow, but spectactular political suicide for a number of years (tired old leaders, tired old policies etc). Pretty much in line with the Liberal party of Canada. Which is all pretty disturbing as a strong a vibrant opposition (of whichever party) is a good thing IMHO.
