I have been in Canada for a long time and have some very good Canadian friends. I know a few Brits but not outside of work. I used to have many British friends but they all have gone back to the UK over the years. I don't have any family here and I am really missing socializing with some fellow Brits.

I just wondered if there are any kind of meetups in the Durham Region area? I know there are ones in Toronto but it would be nice to meet some people nearer my area.

Anyway, just thought I would ask :-)
