I think he's in line to win a bundle in damages. Apparently his wife and sons freaked (but have forgiven him, aaah)... all his F1 pals are coming round (Bernie sends kisses)... and he has a sympathetic judge. Hence the the smug smile on Max Schmack's face as he exited court after the five sexworkers gave evidence.
