Masked Hunter Bug

Found one of these little fellas near the back door earlier - didn't realise till he'd been flushed that they have a bite as bad as a really bad bee sting 
Anyone else found these in their house? Apparently they like bedbugs, but can't imagine they're after them in our house since both mattresses were new 9 months ago...

*shudder* why the hell am I moving to Ontario! June Bugs, Masked Hunters....I cant stand bugs EUGH!

Incidentally, I also found a June bug in the skimmer basket to the pool yesterday, he was still alive after a swim in chlorine! I let him go as he didn't look too harmful....
