I was given a whole box of "out of date" marmite crisps by the chap that runs the English import company next to our ice cream facility. Not worth the wholesale price to me normally, but as a freebee they were yum!

Kinda pricey at $12, but free shipping.

And this has what to do with Marmite?
I didn't think it worth its own thread, couldn't find another one to piggy back on, Marmite attracts views so it will be seen and, finally, Springsteen is probably one of those love or hate people, much like Marmite. Perfect logic. |

My super large jar of marmite is coming to the end of its natural life and I'm wondering what might fill the void. The little jars just don't do it for me.

I like his ballads, Downbound Train, the whole Nebraska album, Candy's Room, Racing in the Streets. He's not very good at the up tempo stuff though, it just sounds muddled. The Sirius all Springsteen channel is as unlistenable as the Pearl Jam one.

Oh crap - when I am allowed by Snoop to drive the posh car rather than the tank, the former has Sirius, the latter my IPod Classic loaded up with all sorts of goodies ( but that's for another day) and I quite like E Street radio- well the live stuff anyhow. A guilty pleasure?:( Ok my name is Stinkypup and I like Springsteen and love Marmite.... There... I did it!

Re: Marmite Thread
The squeezies are tricky to finish off as marmite isn't a naturally flowing substance. I convert them to jar usage for the last 25% or so. Have to get every last scraping out!

And that was the first reported time that the term "Normal for Norfolk " was used - clearly then this was not just a result of inbreeding although a lot of the problems clearly also stem from bunking down with too close a family member:cool: |
