Proper local for me - although if it hadn't been multiple choice I would have picked a different answer for several. I would have placed Imperial College in South Kensington, for example, and County Hall is south of the river so how it could ever be considered to be where the "correct" option puts it says more about the question-setter's view of London than anything else

Where was Imperial said to be located?

My tricky one was "Haggerston" ... Never heard of it, near Hoxton apparently.

Belgravia, apparently. I mean, that's not even in the same borough. And County Hall "near Charing Cross"? Geographically, I suppose so, but that short walk over Hungerford bridge makes it a world away...

Speaking of London knowledge, where is the place that fits this cryptic clue...

Domestic fox's river...?

I'd long understood that the Isle of Dogs was considered to be part of South London, despite being north of the river.

By some tortuous wordsmithing I'm thinking Camden Lock.

Close? How many letters?

Not sure if my cryptic skills are bona fide...but the correct answer is:

10 points to Jings. Your turn.

OK, an easy one this time:

Which two places in London are both north and south of each other?
