This cladding and PVC windows were banned in 2005 in Scotland for high rise buildings. Seems like the Scots are more advanced in their way of thinking.

I suppose these people expect to use the same pavements as the rich tenants. Shouldn't there be system where the deserving can use public facilities but the undeserving untouchables are segregated from righteous citizens ?
