My class teacher showed our year 1 children the video about the mascots and how they came to be. Apparantly they are aimed at under tens and the video was quite good.

The verdict - the children, aged 5 - 6 years loved them as did the teacher, early 40s. The teaching assistant 61 years wasn't as impressed!:lol:

I suppose they have impressed their target market so they have achieved their objective, looks like they will make a fortune in sales on merchandise if our class are anything to go by!

I liked the video too, but then I'm a bit of a softie!;)

The video does explain a lot - but when you just see them with no explanation it is a bit scary!!

Also they look considerably better in the vid!
