Just looking out of our bedroom window towards the southern horizon and there's a fierce storm going on .... is that you Okotoks folks?

It must be. I live just off of Fish Creek and was in the northwest when I saw it. I was expecting water and tree branches all over the place when I got home. Nothing of the sort though.

We had a huge storm in the night (again) the silly dog that doesn't like to get wet insisted on going outside at 4am (he was hot), he wedged himself under the shelter of the house and refused to budge at 4:30am, storm going on all around us. Dog is now outside on the front porch where it's dry instead of being taken on his walk as the paths are wet.

Sounds like it's moving north then - should stop raining soon, we're still over cast and a bit drizzly but the end is in sight
