The current theory doing the rounds is that they purposely did this to try and get fired and then sue the school / school board for discrimination and get a nice payout.

I lolled at that. A friend of mine is standing for school board trustee in Oakville She dutifully prepared for all the questions she thought likely but then, when the campaign started, all anyone cared about was plastic tits.
