At last a Brit to be proud of...
Manchestor's Lance McDermott throwing it down crazy for second place at Whistler's Crankworx 2008 slopestyle event.

Yeah that's cool but what about the Monster Energy Garbanzo Downhill last Sunday (10th).
UK pro women riders Rachel Atherton and Fionn Griffiths came 1st and 2nd and UK pro men Gee Atherton, Mac Beaumont and Dan Atherton came 1st, 3rd and 4th.
Guess we kicked butt!
Off to watch the Canadian Open DH today - should be fun as the atmosphere is great in the village.
