I remember this. What makes it even funnier is that the guy that produced this (Andy Pickles) went on to run a record label for Hard House music called Tidy. He is a dj and part of the duo called The Tidy Boys. Hard House is 150 bpm rave music, which had a very big following in the early 00's. 2003 - 2005 is when it hit it's peak. Those were the days.

Jive Bunny!!! Although I wouldn't recommend dancing to it like a whirling dervish after consuming copious amounts of your nan's homemade elderberry wine.
