Problem with those programmes is the more you watch one show, the more involved you get with it.

This was the first time I have watched it, what a cringeworthy show. A young handsome - in a very American way with rugged jaw and parallel rows of luminous white teeth - batchelor has to choose between 25 women, good looking in a very pageant America way.

It was terrible and I hope not compulsive viewing. I will fight the urge to watch.

Fled is busy recovering from an operation and I know she is definitely not someone needs someone else to got to bat for her (No pun intended). However having met the lady in question I feel compelled to tell you to take a long walk on a short pier.
