It's always amazed me that Vancouver is at the top of "Best places to live".
Manchester, England's wettest city, has on average 800mm of rain a year.
Vancouver has 1200mm... and it rains 166 days, on average, per year.
Bugger that!

I love the word ‘freaking’, we all know it means ****ing but somehow it’s so middle class and acceptable. It’s the same with effing, unless you’re like my mate who uses effing and c*** in the same sentence thinking somehow it’ll mitigate the offense. He is Scotch though.

Its not stopped raining for 4 weeks here in Manchester, oh and its only 18c, the great British summer at its best as usual.
