Its a girl
 

Hi all just wanted to share some rather special news tonight,
I have just become a grandparent for the first time to a gorgeous little girl called Layla Grace rose :wub: she was born at 9.30 this evening and weighed in at 8Ib 12oz after an emergency cesarian,


Poor mum had a rough time was 2 weeks over due and is tiny, i still can't workout where she put her :rofl:

I am going to see her tomorrow and can't wait, :thumbsup:

I would like to introduce you all to my gorgeous ( yes slightly biased ) Granddaughter, Layla Grace Rose :wub: she has incredibly long fingers and really cute button nose and is so lovely. I am sooo going to spoil her

Mum is doing well considering she had a rough time awww they look too young to have a baby yet she is the same age as i was when i had Laylas dad :blink:
just want to wrap them all in cotton wool and protect them from the world :wub: Our other son was there as well who is going to be a dad himself in a few weeks :eek: not again i hear you say ;)

Hi Sas yes i want to go back down and help look after them awww trouble is i have my own little man to look after here plus my parents are staying and not very well, but will go down again during the week,

Expect the mum will have to stay in for at least 3-4 days :wub:

Probably a bit the worse for wear today, his mates were all taking him out last night :blink:

Told them after the last time they had better make sure they all stick together :( they all play for the Askiens Rugby club which i just found out is the oldest Rugby club, and 150 years old this year ( hope i got that useless bit of information right ;))

So there will be a lot of very drunk great big rugby players with hangovers this morning :rofl:

Apart from that he is on leave for 2 weeks and is a bit shell shocked and tired :rofl: how does he think the mum is feeling :rofl:

Al also had family over for a few weeks at the beginning of the summer I think she felt very sad when they returned :( she hangs around on MSN and gives me grief :sneaky: <didn't mean it Al honest>
