Question interesting books

I'm resting an injury, so I'm stuck reading a lot more than usual. I'm getting stir crazy and bored.

Anyone read anything interesting lately? I prefer non-fiction.

Suggestions please.

I'm reading Personal History by Katharine Graham. It is both interesting and non-fiction.

Oh, but Under the Banner of Heaven by Jon Krakauer is interesting, non-fiction and relevant to modern day BC.

Yeah, I read that. Although, I'd say Escape by Carolyn Jessop, which I've read as well, is more about modern BC. It was interesting in a morbid sort of way.

Had to google Katharine Graham... yes, that sounds interesting.

I suppose I have a distorted view of BC. A child of mine is working for the government there over the summer, something related to prosecuting Warren Jeffs.

Oh yes, the polygamy trial. My interest stems from my social-anth inclinations.

Oh, and that I once dated a Mormon.

We were recently in Utah, prompting a revival of interest in things Mormon.

I acquired no interesting underwear.

Ah, those knickers would require some Masonic rituals including old men touching your bare naked bits and you learning secret handshakes.

And just think... a presidential candidate is wearing them.

I've gone from reading William Shatner's autobiography, to reading Tony Blair's memoirs. 50 pages in to Blair, and I think I'll just start reading Shatner again.

"London: The Biography" by Peter Ackroyd.

A great bedtime read. 2 pages is my record.
