Gorgeous kittycats!

One of these days I will persuade the hubby that our house is empty without a little feline influence.

.... anyway, they are "indoor cats", so they should be safe from marauding wildlife! :p

They are beautiful, beau-tiful cats (and they know it!!) Molly (short-haired blue point) is completely the boss. She's inclined to be jealous and wastes no time in putting her big(ger) brother in his place with a well-aimed clout! Minx!:rofl:

Ah, what lovely cats. I have two American tabbies (both boys) and I love them to pieces:wub:

Thread hijack alert (sorry!)

Is there anyone within about 5 hours drive of our place who is looking for a kitten?? We're near Valemount, BC - basically where Highways 5 and 16 meet - so that distance would include Kamloops, Prince George, possibly even Edmonton.

About 3 weeks ago, 3 seriously ill young male kittens were abandoned at the entrance to my sons' elementary school. These weren't feral kittens that had wandered onto the grounds by themselves; they were obviously used to being handled. When the kittens were found at the start of the school day on the Monday they were cold, hungry, scared and very weak. They also had health issues that could easily have endangered the young students that were handling them and playing in the area where they had been defecating. All three had severe eye infections, upper respiratory infections, ear mites and ear infection so severe that their ears were raw from scratching and full of black/brown discharge. However, most concerning for the health of the kids was that, even though they were skin and bone everywhere else, their stomachs were grossly distended due to the huge burden of intestinal parasites they all carried :(

They are now finished all their medical treatment and are barely recognisable as the same pitiful little creatures that were found on that cold Monday morning. They're lively and playful, as kittens should be, and ready to go to new homes. They are quite unusual looking cats. Two are white with ginger points so there's probably a little Siamese in the mix. All three are all very affectionate little boys (with deafening purrs!), are eating well and have been reliable about using their litter tray, so they should each make someone a fantastic pet. We would really love to hear from anyone who would be interested in adopting one (or more) now that they're fit and well. The local area seems to be saturated with kittens and the nearest SPCA shelter is in Kamloops anyway (and they're swamped too) so now I'm looking (much!) further afield...

I meant I was sorry I posted the huge ones to start with .... I only remembered when I realised that I couldn't get them to open, myself!:o

Brown ... hmmm, maybe just a little, but it's a bit of a beige room, and rather beige cats! :p:rofl:

The molly pic is in natural light, coming from behind the subject, and Riley's of course was with a flash, (hence the reflex eyes!) and later in the day ....
