Yep - ex army and I used to teach survival techniques so there isnt much that crawls on this earth I havent at least considered as a menu item :D

Was fab and we stopped for a picnic ALL afternoon - left at 4.30 with a recipe for Chickpea burgers and 3 more recruits for the Cooking Club - so not bad...

Kids still up - wading through dinner - then they will go ssssssppppppppaaaaaaattttttttttttttttttttttt

Well - got hijack half way through - I've sent them up to bed to play - need 5 mins piece and quiet. And 1/2 their easter egg :sneaky:

He filmed with him a few years ago. Did a whole load of programs with him. I never met him, though. :(

The other one is Ken Hames (Beyond boundaries). He is a really nice guy.

OH is now in Mexico filming with Bear Grylls.

He's that posh bloke isn't he? Always strikes me as the sort that would still be much more at home having tea with the queen! I remember watching the episode where him and his equally plum mouthed chum flew up everest in a shopping cart or something.

The way they carried on I honestly thought they would die quite soon after take off!
