(Snowdog, not a dig at you for posting it btw I had seen it before!)
I am not having a dig at you but ...

So what would you find funny: the way, or the things, people say; people walking (sober) into a lampost; doesn't all humour come from laughing at someone else's misfortune?

I like to think not. Sometimes it comes from juxtaposing the unexpected, or even from wit. A dying art form of course, but that's not my fault.

Does there have to be a set of rules for what some people find funny?

Of course not.

Some people even find me funny (in a slapstick sort of way).

The facial hair is a thousand giggles too.

Exactly - some pretty unPC things have me in stitches, stuff that I am sure others would be mortified at.

I still get a giggle when Oink or Alan use the word twat. Others i'm sure just get annoyed

Takes all sorts dunnit

I like to see pompous twats (there ya go Mandy! ) making fools of themselves. I don't like to see some poor sod's misfortune.

LOL that was funny. So was the drunk/high guy in the OP's video (I think more likely high than drunk). He made as much a fool out of himself as the guy on the bike - if you're gonna be drunk/high in public....well....

I love un-pc humour. Like Chris Rock and his "The one time white people can say Nigga":

I can see why people would find the drunk kid funny, but having worked with street kids for years, many of whom had substance abuse problems, it just makes me feel sad.

snowdogs is an unknown quantity at this point

Even the drunk found it funny at 1 point.
I personally like it when the guy hides behind his dash board when the drunk looks in his direction, as if the drunk could even see that far.

Depends what mood you are in.
One Christmas I was not having a good time of it and I happened upon the film "Bad Santa" on TV.
It would be hard to find a more un-PC move, but I laughed so hard (especially at the really un-PC bits) I was very nearly wet at both ends!
This is real life, though, so I appreciate it has serious undertones that strike a chord with some people.
I'm not sure I could put boundaries for others on what is OK to laugh at, but for me when it is possible the person could get hurt, (like when the drunk falls into the road) then it's time to stop laughing and help them.
