I do wonder at what point just doing the damn realtor course/exams becomes cost effective. I mean how hard can they be? Lesson 1 - 'how to gurn like an idiot for your business card'

Turns out ******** is not allowed which is strange as it doesn't contravene any of the forum rules, looks like we have a puritanical Mod on the loose!
