I just ran 10kms in Fredericton - and I'm not dead yet!
Yea me!
My kid came in 18th in total and 2nd for his age range! I am so proud....and I can improve my time....watch this space next year

I have a couple of 5km obstacle course lined up and a 10km in Spetember...it combines a 5km to and my son is going to run that with me. I am in training
