I am 95% northern. Somewhere near Middlesbrough.

When I grew up we considered Middlesbrough as the start of the south.

OK this is bollocks I got 100% and they place me somewhere around Newcastle.
Are you ****ing kidding Im from Lancashire which is on the other side of the Pennines from that god forsaken shithole which is Newcastle. People can understand me to a degree unlike that Geordie dialect that only they understand.

Proud to be a Northerner. Prouder still not being a Geordie or from Yorkshire;)

If it's any comfort, I agree that Lancashire is somewhat south of Newcastle.

Perhaps you need to find a questionnaire on How Western are you?

I'm also embarrassed to admit that I apparently originate from a latitude near London, which <shock> is not true.

Rubbish link.

North as in the UK I see your point but North as in England then Im from the North West. Sort of like those in Fort Mac saying they are in the northern part of Canada  Anything north of Baker Lake is considered in the North.
