Hi Kritafo,

many thanks for all the info, very useful. I will do some searching this weekend when I have more time.

Are you making anything at the moment? If so what please? Where do you store your bottled wine in the winter, your home made stuff that is?

Would be good to grow your own Elderberries, there a pretty hardy tree, mind you don't think we every get a frost then get 19 degrees Celsius in the afternoon.
