Highway 400

OK, so I haven't had to use it for 2 days, but ... Does anyone else share my pain? I thought drivers on the M3, M4 and M6 were bad. Not so.
I swear that the fast and slow lanes are there for when all of those middle lane drivers to swerve in to when they gain any level of concentration or awareness.
400 series!
I'll get my coat.

Driving on the 400 series highways is a miserable experience. Worse traffic than in the UK. Worse drivers than in the UK. Worse weather than in the UK. Worse physical road conditions than in the UK. Dreadful signage. I don't think anyone's in any doubt about any of that.
Probably better not use them, all in all, take the subway.

Agreed on every count. Sadly, aside from the occaisional Go Train to Union, I have to drive Barrie 400/407/427 Monday to Friday.
It's fair to say that I am mentally and physically drained before I start work.

Simon, you are not wrong there. It certainly is an out-of-work choice for living in Barrie - Snowboarding, mountin bike, fishing, etc.
7 months of your average driver on that trip has given me wrinkles and farmers'!
You're not too far off with "wherever"
