Just to add to what everyone else has said - you are definitely not alone in feeling like that! I was physically shaking the day I handed in my notice and spent the night in tears to my OH on the phone (he is already in Canada), even though moving to Canada is absolutely what I want to do and something we have been planning for a long time. I felt strange for a day and then waves of excitement started to hit. The wobbles still come back mind you, and I expect them to keep coming, probably for a long time after I have landed...

I think it would be difficult not to feel up and down when it is something as momentous as moving abroad. But keep your chin up and remember that the nerves will pass!

hi ya if it helps , i am the same , one day i am raring to go , the next am sat thinking what if i cant get used to living over there .. but you wont know if u dont try so hey u gotta give it a shot
plus i know my kids will benefit from the move ,which is a massive incentive
