I use raw honey in oatmeal. Works well. Also heard honey may reduce inflammation in the body which if it does might useful.

If you aren't running the crane a smash of whiskey, or if you can't handle that a measure of Baileys should do the trick. If you're concerned about the sugar in the booze..... honey is and has always been the healthy alternative. It never goes bad.

I'm no coffee snob, but putting sugar, honey or god knows what in it just seems a wrong. Like adding ketchup to a christmas dinner.

Actually, I've just started having coffee black with no sugar/sweetener and an surprised how good it is. You can really taste the coffee flavour, and it seems like a different drink. Maybe it depends on the coffee you are using?
