You could start on a small scale with apples and then work your way up

no point really, no-one except me & Mr fluff would see it. We live in the middle of nowhere, so halloween won't be happening this year, but at least it's only temporary

I know what you mean...we live 3 miles from the nearest shop and apart from a few jooks and chooks, a dog an a cat there is only me and the OH...but i still do one...i think i do it more for me than the kids that might of been here if i lived near anyone LOL

When we had the heavy snow, i played snowballs with the dog(OH hates snow) built a snowman and made snow angels...not bad for a 44 year old hahaha

so i say do one anyway, because you will get enjoyment from carving it, the ens reasult will also please you and its very theraputic to do

I did one of these last year... the kids loved it.

And the previous year I did one in the process of eating a trick-or-treater...

stuffed a cut of leg from a pair of jeans and a sock with a shoe on it, stuffed the sock in the bottom end of the jeans and stuck the whole lot in the pumpkin's mouth. made a big puddle of fake blood and then scatterd a load of the Halloween candy around it all. That one looked pretty good
