Halifax meetup?

Not saying I'm suffering from cabin fever or anything, but is there any upcoming meetups in HRM I haven't noticed?
It seems that half the ruddy UK lives here now, and I know how you all like a drink or three...

We are heading down this weekend to enjoy some nice food and entertainment provided by Grafton Street Dinner Theatre. We are staying overnight too. Halifax is going to be pretty busy this weekend as Ozzie Osborne has 2 shows at the Metro Centre.
After Costco (obligatory) we are meeting up with Mr & Mrs Nova Boy on Sunday for a coffee before we head back home to New Glasgow.
I am definitely up for some more meets in the springtime and over summer.

I'm up for a meet. Weekday lunchtimes are usually good. Weekends tend to be busy if there is a chance of decent skiing weather.

Hi guys,
We are 'landing' in Halifax (hopefully on 4th Feb) never having visited before (I know we're crazy - everyone tells us). It sounds a great place to live and if anyone would like to meet up with us that would be lovely. We have 2 kids - Jack will be 12 on 6th Feb and Kate is 10. We are hoping to stay in a place called the Captain's cabin in Fergusons Cove Road and then to look around the area with a view to finding a family community to live in close to the city. We have heard that 'fall River' is very nice. Any advice or comments would be much appreciated.

Helloooo,
We are hoping to come out for a week during April (14th ish), to furnish our house. So would love a meet up around about then. Have to see what the majority want, but count us in if we are there.

I'm coming out for a week by myself on 22nd February - if anyone's up for meeting at some stage during that week I'd be interested
