I had to check the story date i case it was a late April Fool's joke. We all know Harper doesn't like to miss a photo opportunity.

Apparently it's been re-shot with Harper in his place with bright shiny face.

But the Italian PM and the Indonesian president missed it the second time.

I heard they were looking into getting Rob Anders citizenship in their respective countries, now that he is likely to get displaced.

Maybe Harper was too busy meeting with that proud Canadian, Owen Hargreaves.

"busy being briefed" = "in the loo"

So that's what we need to say in Canada when we want the 'powder room'

Or "completing urgent paperwork"
