Default Graboid

There are a few "watch (blockbuster) movie" threads appearing in the Canada forum.

I took a look out of curiosity and I see Graboid is needed to watch.

Occasionally, when searching for movies I'd like to download, I find the only sources are those where Graboid is needed.

But I have never managed to install it and have it make the slightest difference when it comes to watching what it is supposed to enable watching.

Anyone had any luck with it?

I must do my downloading in different circles than you - I have never seen graboid but a quick google tells me its not the way to go

http://graboidvideoreview.com/

seems to be differing views here on it - but the lowest subscription is 14.95 a month and for a site that is not even hosting the content that is expensive for stuff you can get for free

...14.95 a month .
I've never even seen a fee suggested.

My main source is the 1channel/primewire/vodly set and a few others.

As well as graboid, occasionally I find veehd is the only one with something I want to see - usually because it has subtitles. (The girl on the bridge/La fill sur le pont)
That one does bugger all when installed too.

It's just a mild irritation, but an irritation nonetheless.

If you get a chance can you pm me one of those links with the graboid or veehd as the suggested player - I think it may be one of those advertising scam things where if you just click out of the graboid suggestion the movie may play normally .
Some of the football streams I use are the same - you just need to wait a few seconds until the little x appears and get it out of the way
