Canuck74 look away now.
I know its a bit of sappy crap bollox but the album Hopes and Fears was a welcome companion that helped me manage the copious hours I spent cloistered away in my little stuffy office at the top of the library physically poring over nearly a million sources of data. Still pretty good music.

Hi
The knee is functioning to an acceptable level - but getting old sucks! Arthritis in both knees and tore my rotator cuff last month!
Have stepped down from teaching hi impact classes to cycle classes!
Music wise - went to see Adam Ant last week - amazeballs!
