A group of our friends and us went out for an 'Indie' on Sat. Most of us are Brits, but we did take along the odd token Canadian couple to introduce them to the delights of East Indian cuisine.
We went to the Glory of India 4th st Calgary.
Th service was excellent and the food was top notch...except for the papadumns.
We have eaten in a few Indian restaurants in Calgary and have yet to find the perfect papadumn.
My only solution is to take my own with me (those little ones that come in packs of 100 from Superstore)
Has anyone found the papadumns I am seeking and if so can you point me in the right direction.
