Giving Thanks
#1
It has been a while since I have visited BE but we finally arrived in Canada on 26th August and are about to enjoy our first Thanksgiving holiday.
I have many many reasons to give thanks.
Thanks again, I am almost overcome with the generosity of Canada and its people.
Wishing everyone a truly happy thanksgiving.

I have many many reasons to give thanks.
- Thanks to everyone on BE, for your patience and willingness to share knowledge, opinions and advice. You folks are worth more than your weight in gold. (ignoring economic doooooooooooooooooooom)

- Thanks to all the uber friendly and helpful "Jo Bloggs" that have welcomed us to Canada, noticed we were looking lost and stopped to ask if we needed help. Londoners have much to learn.

- Thank you to our volunteering hosts who have opened their arms and welcomed us into their family and community, supporting us in ways which way exceed requirement and expectation.

- Thank you for the way Canadian Real Estate works, allowing us to own some land after such a short space of time and without any complications.

- Thank you for the environment - the flora, fauna and scenery here are simply stunning.

- Thank you for the continuing beautiful weather.

- Thank you to Value Village for throwing up a perfect suit at the perfect time.

- Thanks to "universal planning", things are conspiring FOR US, there was no need to plan or be worried, I trusted things would work out and they are doing so better than I could ever have planned for.

Thanks again, I am almost overcome with the generosity of Canada and its people.
Wishing everyone a truly happy thanksgiving.

Even in dark economic days, it good to get our priorities right, at the end of the day if your life leaves you warm and fed you're better off than loads of others.
So Happy Thanksgiving to All.
So Happy Thanksgiving to All.
