I worked on Monday evening till 11:30. I checked the weather before I left by, a- looking out of the window and b_ checking websites.
Everything said light snow so I set off home rather than sleep at work. It was awful, blowing snow, swirly nasty stuff so you couldnt see the road at times. Really scary. A 45 min journey took 90 minutes.
Weatherforecasts - pah. Not even the lovely Ryan mentioned blowing snow.
