Johnny is 5 and is learning to read.
He points at a picture in a zoo book
and says ... Look, Mama ...
It's a frickin Elephant !!!
Deep breath ... What did you call it?
Its a frickin Elephant ... Mama !!!
It says so on the picture !!!
And so it does...
A-F-R-I-C-A-N Elephant

Dont you just love kids, would have been easy to over react at that point, I generally take a deep breath and try to find the root of the matter, mine little ones are 3 & 5.
PS The bigger one is ill and the little one is exploiting the situation!
